Healing Seeds Farm in Peoa, Utah is hiring a Produce Farmer

About Our Farm
Healing Seeds Farm is a high-altitude regenerative botanical medicine and produce farm utilizing organic growing methods and located in Peoa, Utah (approximately 20 miles outside of Park City). Our property is 58 acres, and the farm sits on approximately 5 acres between two forks of the Weber River. Our growing areas consist of a 2/3 acre herbal medicine field plot, 100 ft high tunnel greenhouse with 6 beds used for produce, outdoor produce plot with 5 beds, 33 ft diameter Growing Spaces Dome primarily used for produce, berry rows and houses, fruit orchard with 50 trees, and perennial bee and display gardens.
About the Position
The Produce Farmer will manage all aspects of produce production and support overall land stewardship on the Farm. We are growing produce on a small scale for our Healing Seeds family, and intend to foster more community connections to support food insecurity and availability. We are not currently operating a CSA or selling at Farmer’s Markets, and do not intend to do this for the 2026 season. In 2026, we are working to launch our herbal medicine products. This position will involve supporting the herbal medicine side of our business.
Supporting positions are a General Manager, Botanical Medicine Farmer, and other Seasonal Farmers.
Requirements include: prior produce farming experience, knowledge of sustainable practices, ability to operate machinery, strong work ethic, problem-solving skills, good communication skills and physical capability to work outdoors in variable conditions performing strenuous labor. Successful candidates must have reliable transportation, flexibility for long hours including weekends/holidays during peak seasons and willingness to follow safety protocols.
This is a full-time seasonal position from approximately March 15 through October. The pay rate is $20-$32 per hour depending on experience.
Seasonal full-time employees are eligible for an end-of-season bonus equal to 3% of the hours worked. Other benefits include a 50% discount on Healing Seed’s products; free-of-charge produce, herbs and flowers based on availability; and employee classes/education offered throughout the season at Healing Seeds..
